The dealership was very responsive to my inquiries about a specific truck that I wanted. Financing through them was also a breeze. So far I've been treated with excellent customer service when taking my 4runner to the service center. Steve was super helpful and put up with my indecisiveness haha. I'm greatly for how kind he was when I was trying to explain the sound and my concerns for my vehicle. I was impressed that I got a video detailing their findings and suggestions for what should be done while they worked on my vehicle.

I have heard dealerships saying that they were the way dealerships should be. I bought a used Toyota from Toyota of Killeen last week. They run their dealership the way a dealership should be run. We discussed my needs in depth. Josh, my salesman, listened. I was originally looking for a new Toyota. My wife and I decided a used car would be ok. Josh showed us a 2024 Sienna that met all our needs and gave us even more. After an extended, unrushed test drive we took a few moments to discuss in private. Neither of us could could discern a reason not to buy it. All that remained was to negotiate a price. Josh named a price. I explained that I had no idea if it was a good price as I had expected to buy new. Josh replied "Give me a call when you know." We left. I did the research, and I called him. We agreed on a price within a half. No pressure. No running back and forth to the manager. No games. I told him I would be in in the morning with an earnest check. I drove it home the next day. The whole experience could not have been more comfortable. As a former salesman (not cars) I recognized Josh's technique. It was the same one that served me well. Ask questions. Listen to the customer. Offer a solution to the customer's problem. Agree on a fair price. That's how I did business and that's how Toyota of Killeen does business. I am old so this will probably be the last vehicle I ever buy. If I were in the market again Toyota of Killeen would be my first and probably last stop.

Awesome service by Mr. Steve Lee. This is my go-to place for Killeen Toyota.

Went in for a Transmission oil change and they took care of me the same day. Granted it did take a few hours but that was not an issue for me. I understood since I’m a mechanic myself. Many dealerships don’t offer transmission oil change and only offer a flush so I was more than willing to pay them for the job. My car shifts better than it did before and I know my vehicle will keep running for a few more years.

I requested 5W-30 oil for my Tacoma—an oil grade that Toyota officially approves for the exact same 2GR-FKS engine in multiple regions (Australia, Middle East, South America), especially for towing and high-heat operation. Instead of helping, the advisor instantly pushed back and tried to scare me by saying it would “affect my warranty.” I asked them to put that statement in writing. They refused—because they know they can’t. Toyota legally cannot void a warranty for using an oil weight the engine is globally rated for. I wasn’t asking for anything unsafe or outside Toyota specs. I tow, I idle in Texas heat, and 0W-20 is extremely thin under those conditions. Many Toyota dealers in hot climates routinely use 5W-30 for customers who tow. Instead of being honest or informed, they doubled down, got defensive, and actually threatened to kick me out—just for requesting an approved oil weight. If you own a Tacoma, you know how light the factory oil is and why 5W-30 makes sense for protection when towing. But this dealership would rather argue than provide proper service. Bottom line: they’re either uninformed or intentionally misleading customers. I won’t be returning.

I hate writing this review but here it goes. My son bought a RAV4 a couple of months ago. I also bought a RAV4 in October. I drove it but didn’t realize how much technology it actually has. It was just too much for me. No, I didn’t test drive it and I didn’t do my research before buying it so my mistake. So I decided to call the dealership and spoke to Bill. I told him the issue and he said he would be happy to buy it back for this amount $$$$$ that he offered. I was going to lose some money and I was okay with that. We called him a couple of days later and told him we accepted his offer. We told them that we will head that way but it will take us 2 hrs to get there and they said fine. We get a call 20 mins later from them saying they couldn’t offer us what Bill offered us after all. He offered us an amount lower. I was like WHAT!! I was disappointed to hear that he changed his offer. We had to turn it down. I tried calling and left him 2 messages and never got called back. I also left 2 messages to the owner Paula Lohse and she never returned my calls. I’m just very disappointed in this place. I’ve bought several vehicles from them and they’ve always been great. I just think they should have honored the original agreement.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. It felt like the salesperson was actively trying to get us to let go of the car so they could sell it to someone else. We reserved the car with a credit card deposit and told the car would be here 3 weeks out. This would give us time to sell our current car to bolster our down payment. 2 days after being told we had weeks before it arrived, we get a call to pick the car up. As a result we had to trade the car in costing us thousands. We were charged $80 for USBC cables we didn't want and never received. The dealer refused to take personal checks, forcing us into another trip to the bank for a cashier's check. And after everything was said and done, they promised to send us a few Toyota branded items as a thank you that has yet to make it to us. Had I known spending $70K for a TRD Pro was going to be such a miserable experience, I would have bought something else.

We had an amazing car buying experience at Toyota of Killeen. Our salesmen, Chris H., was absolutely fantastic! I cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend. After several failed attempts with other dealerships we were overwhelmed and over the car buying process. To lessen the blow of another failed attempt we stopped at Toyota of Killeen and it was the absolute best decision. Chris was not pushy, very kind, and made it clear that all he wanted to do was help find the car that worked best for our family. We spotted a car that another couple was looking at so Chris went above and beyond! He came back with not 1 but 5 different sets of keys to do some test drives of other options for the same two vehicle models we were looking at. He never once pressured to do any kind of paperwork or take my trade-in car until we had officially decided on the car we wanted and he made it happen. There was no runaround of getting the manager involved for extended periods of time. Talk of numbers and trade-in negotations were very quick and service had the car ready to drive off the lot in no time. The car buying process is never as fast as anyone would like but Chris H in sales and Chris in finance made it as quick and painless as possible - which is saying something while buying a car with a toddler in tow. We are absolutely in love with our 2023 Sequoia Platinum. I would highly recommend this dealership and suggest you ask for Chris H.

5 Stars!! We have been buying our Toyotas here since 1998 and the excellent service has never been better! Throughout the years they helped us with Two Tundras, a Sequoia, a Highlander, a Sienna, and now a RAV4. They have always been so great and they came through once again. The entire team is really terrific but Bill and Sylvester are exceptional! We were searching and searching for our Toyota RAV4 in San Antonio and all the dealerships came up short. One call to Bill and he as on it and did not hesitate to find exactly what we were looking for and needed. He did what the other dealerships could not do. He made it look so easy and effortless but we know that his hard work and customer service deserves the upmost appreciation and is second to none. Sylvester is hands down the most patient and dedicated sales person we have ever come across. He walked and talked us through all of the details and answered all of our questions going above and beyond. Everyone should be buying their Toyotas from here. We will for sure be buying our next ones from here!

Recently Purchased a 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport, I visited several Toyota Dealerships in my area and not only received the best pricing but also the best experience from Toyota of Killeen. Mckenzie in sales was wonderful to work with, She went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests that others sales teams / dealerships were not able to do. Got oil filters for my Toyotaat this dealership I was really impressed with Toyota of Killeen's parts department and with Gary Gasca. Gary was particularly careful to get me the correct filter for my vehicle. (My owner's manual for some reason doesn't give a part number, and Toyota has changed production location and part numbers on this filter.) The other important thing about this dealership is that their prices are below on line prices. And, importantly you know that you are buying real Toyota parts, something you don't know when you buy online.

Woman's Wednesday is absolutely amazing...Car maintenance a breeze, lunch 'yum', mani a plus & creative mind with the crafts are just too cute. Let's just say WW take the stress out of vehicle maintenance & nothing beats the pretty pink table clothes 😉
